Struggled a ton training for my first marathon trying to find fuel that agreed with my stomach, didn't taste horrible, and was effective. Randomly stumbled upon date fix and it entirely changed the game. It tastes like a little treat and gives a really solid energy boost. Title says all. This is the best sports energy fuel because its completely natural and lower glycemic load than others. You get a sustained energy boost with no crash taking these beauties. Highly reccomend.
After more than 3 decades as a tightly controlled type 1 diabetic, I really love datefix. Usually aiming for an hour of hard elliptical for cardio, one pouch is nearly my perfect pre-exercise sugar punch. Tastes great, superior for health.
I’ve used datefix on my past two 18-20 long runs. Datefix tastes like real, delicious food, unlike most energy gel products. It gave me plenty of energy and absolutely no upset stomach, energy crashes, or digestive issues! I’ve only tried the original flavor, but I’m looking forward to trying cinnamon and the other flavors. I will definitely be using datefix during long runs and races in the future!
I always keep a date fix in my car for a super easy snack. love the no added sugar!
