I love datefix. It is a fabulous new addition to my whole-food fuel regimen as a marathoner and performer. I recently tried a sample of datefix from the Feed and I immediately bought a box! As someone with a sensitive gut, finding the right gels/nutrition is trial by fire. I have not had stomach or digestive issues with these on the bike or run.
Pros:
-Convenient size and easy to rip packaging, much easier than chowing down on a few whole dates.
-Natural ingredients
-No weird smell/taste.
Cons (personal preference):
-If you don't like dates, this might not be for you
-Consistency is thicker than most gels and it is best washed down with water
