I was surprised at how much I liked the Ginger flavor; the Cinnamon flavor was also good.

I've been using these during 15+ Mike training runs, and they've been helpful in avoiding a bonk.

I absolutely love every flavor—my favorite is cinnamon though! I take these in the middle of my longer training sessions when I need a little energy boost. I always really look forward to eating one and it makes it easier to get the work in.

Great source of natural energy

I am a T1D and I use datefix to raise blood sugar without super spikes when I am close to hypoglycemia. It is my go to for my daily life to keep glucose stable as an Endurance Runner and marathoner. Reccomended

Great product but too expensive

I sampled this at a trade show and am a fan. I subsequently purchased a box but the price is too high per pack to consider a re-order.

What are the nutritional benefits?

Orange blossom water is made from the flowers of the bitter orange tree (Citrus aurantium) also known as the Seville orange. When the flowers are in full bloom during the spring, they are distilled in water.

Does datefix need to be refrigerated?

Datefix does not need to be refrigerated unless opened and unfinished. That said, it’s also delicious cold. If you prefer to get your Datefix extra cold, you can put it in the freezer without it freezing or turning icy.
